We will seek your permission before using it in any other manner. CIY will make use of opt-in and/or opt-out boxes when seeking permission to use your information for something other than the purpose it was submitted for or activities related to that purpose. CIY will not sell / give / lend or otherwise disclose to third-parties your information without seeking your permission other than in the manners listed below related to third-parties working on behalf of CIY or legal actions requiring disclosure of information.
In some instances, third-parties working on behalf of CIY may have access to your information specifically if their function is in fulfillment of the purpose for which you provided your information to CIY or if their function for CIY is in the maintenance of its various websites and/or data management. CIY, in establishing contractual relationships with various third-parties, will establish confidentiality requirements that the third-party is to be bound by.
