Scotti Beth is the High School Girls Minister at Northside Christian Church in Spring, TX. She is a Texas transplant, with hometown roots in New Orleans. Scotti Beth loves coffee dates, quality time, and seeing the beauty in the little things. She has a passion for students to know their worth and identity in Christ as well as for them to be equipped and empowered to step into their full potential as disciples of Jesus to make an impact for The Kingdom.
Cedric Hardimon is a Youth Pastor at Life.Church and is currently serving at the Norman campus based out of Oklahoma. In addition to that, he also serves as a Team Chaplain for the Oklahoma City Thunder. He loves God, his family, and when he finds extra time, writing Hip-Hop music. Secretly, he wants to be a DJ that travels the world.
Vanessa Serrano is serving as the Director of Student Ministries at Revive Church (formerly known as 7th Street Church) located in Long Beach and El Monte, Ca. She graduated with her B.A. from Biola University, she is a Certified Urban Youth Worker through UYWI 90 degrees program, and is currently earning her Masters in Social Work at CSULB. She is passionate about empowering young people and young adults to achieve and obtain ALL that God has for them. She is a local church gal and believes that being planted in a church is one of the BEST decisions one can make. In her free time, she loves traveling and eating good food with close friends and her husband.
Susie is Canadian by birth, Korean by heritage and Mexican by birth and American by immigration. She is passionate about matters surrounding reconciliation, justice and the Gospel. Susie and her husband met at Fuller Theological Seminary while getting their MA in Intercultural Studies and now have 4 beautiful LatAsian babies. After serving as a missionary in South Central Los Angeles for 14 years, they now live in Long Beach, CA where Susie serves on staff with Light and Life Christian Fellowship.
Tiana Spencer serves on the teaching team at Fellowship Monrovia, in Monrovia, CA.. Having developed a passion for the scriptures at a young age, she has spent the past 20 years teaching, discipling and mentoring others to grow in it as well. In addition to raising her 3 daughters with her husband, Brandan, she also spends her time writing, leading worship and traveling to preach the Gospel.
Megan Fate Marshman loves God and delights in overflowing His awesome love to others. She is the Director of Women’s Ministry at Hume Lake Christian Camps, shepherds young adults at Arbor Road Church, and shares Jesus at churches, conferences and college chapels around the world. She recently released her second book entitled SelfLess which will leave you walking away think less ABOUT yourself and more OF yourself at the same time. Megan currently lives in Long Beach, California with her husband and two boys.
Jon Jorgenson is an author, speaker, and spoken word poet whose YouTube videos have been viewed by more than 25 million people. Jon partners with numerous organizations including Awana International, Moody Bible Institute, the Willow Creek Association, and hundreds of other churches, colleges, and conferences all over the globe. His spoken word poetry provides a dynamic and creative experience that captures the imagination of audiences everywhere. As a former Broadway actor, Chicago native, and very lucky husband, Jon hopes to provide a fresh, unique voice to some of life’s most difficult and challenging questions.
Hannah Geraci is the Volunteer & Intern Program Manager at Fellowship Church in southern California. Having recently completed her Masters of Theology at Fuller Theological Seminary, Hannah spends her newfound free time trying new recipes, reading good books, and playing Catan with friends.
Jaron is the Associate Pastor of Christ's Church Joplin, in Joplin, Missouri. His heart is full of passion for Jesus, his wife Chelsi, Jesus' Church, and the people that aren't a part of Jesus' Church. Jaron still believes that Lebron James is the G.O.A.T.
Bob Witte has loved working for Ozark Christian College since 2011. He is currently serving as the Vice President of Enrollment along with teaching Old Testament and Ministry Leadership classes. He previously served in local church ministry for 15 years in the areas of youth ministry and preaching. Bob married Lisa, the love of his life since the 8th grade. Lisa currently serves as the Executive Assistant to the Academic Dean. They have two sons. Joshua (19) is studying music and worship at Ozark and is a phenomenal drummer. Caleb (16) is a fantastic trumpet player in the Webb City High School band. Bob finds joy in discipling his OCC students by day and quiet family evenings by night. He also loves fishing, camping, canoeing, fantasy football, and speaking for teen events.
Since 2002 I've traveled from coast to coast preaching the gospel and taking every opportunity to tell people about the love of Jesus. I'm passionate about preaching and inspiring people to move toward Jesus. I want to make people aware that no matter who you are, what you've done, or what's been done to you...God loves you! In addition to speaking around the country, I serve as the Executive Director and Teaching Pastor at Grace Church in Northwest Reno, NV. I have a gorgeous wife, Janelle De La Mora. We were married in 2006 and have five beautiful children. I love to spend time with my family, workout, shout when I watch football (Go Chargers!), enjoy watching movies, and I'm crazy in love with Jesus!
Justin Knowles is the husband of the awesome Kristin and dad to Graham “The Dude” Knowles. He is the lead Student Ministries Pastor at Christ’s Church of the Valley in San Dimas, CA. CCV is a multisite church where Justin leads a pretty incredible staff and volunteer team who loves students and loves to create environments for students to experience in a life changing way. He loves teaching God’s word, loving talking leadership and he leads a youth ministry podcast called Youth Ministry Hacks where he talks through practical youth ministry. Katie Quesada speaks at a wide variety of conferences, churches, and universities. She has served with students, families, women's, small groups and leadership development for 10 years.Katie received her degree from Vanguard University. She is currently living in a renovated 180 sq. ft. RV with her husband Danny and her sweet daughter Gracie June in Monrovia, CA.
Beth DeFazio teaches Public Speaking and Biblical Communication at Ozark Christian College in Joplin, MO. She has been speaking at women’s and youth events for nearly fifteen years and enjoys engaging with others in worship, study and community.
Beth and her husband Michael married in 2003 and have two children, Claire and Carson. Their family of four enjoys family movie nights, board games, road trips and Sonic Happy Hour.
I’m one of the student pastors at Central Christian Church in Arizona. More importantly, I’m married to the coolest girl of all time and God has blessed us with a little girl named Sophie Tsunami (that’s not her real middle name). I love preaching and getting to tell as many people as possible that God loves them and has wired a world-changing purpose within them. The fictional tech company Gryzzl’s slogan is pretty much my life verse: ‘Wouldn’t it be tight if everyone was chill to each other?’
Mike Park is the pastor of Hope West Side, a new church plant in New York City. Before that he was in student ministry for 12 years in California and New York. A SoCal native, Mike is a life-long Dodgers and Lakers fan and graduated from UC Berkeley and Fuller Seminary. His passion is to see generations transformed through an encounter with Jesus and the power of the gospel. Mike, his wife Jeanne, and their daughter Jordyn live on West Side of Manhattan.
Chris Simning is a remarkable storyteller. His hope in Jesus has ignited a passion to speak about the experience of finding purpose in the midst of a life filled with challenges. Chris shares about the reality of brokenness, the provision of God in the midst of it, and the resiliency of the Gospel message in what may be deemed tragic. His personal story provides hope in a world that seems bleak, and encourages people who need to be inspired by the faithfulness of the Lord, Who is with us even when His presence is not felt. Chris speaks to churches, retreats, and youth conferences nationally as well as internationally.
Anne Wilson is a speaker, writer, and minister, with a background in church communications and student ministry. Anne and her family are a part of Traders Point Christian Church in Indianapolis, Indiana, where she serves as a student groups minister. Anne’s passion is to see people of all ages come to know, trust, and follow Jesus, and to see them develop a clear understanding of why they believe what they believe, grounded in God’s Word. Anne is married to her husband, Kyle, and mom to her two kids, Keegan and Eliza.
Drew Moss has been serving at the Table campus ministry in Stillwater, OK since 2007. He and his wife Amy have three kids--Ella, Hudson and Hadley. They are members of Sunnybrook Christian Church in Stillwater, and count the community there as one of their greatest blessings. Drew has a passion for teaching God’s Word, and for helping people grow in their love for Jesus, his Word, and his Church.
Chris Travis lives with his wife and three sons in New York City, where he teaches math to 5th graders in an under-resourced neighborhood of Manhattan, and writes books like Unnamed and InSignificant. He is currently writing his debut novel, an epic fantasy. When he’s not writing, you can find him training at Shaolin Kung fu, hiking in the woods, or changing diapers.
Silas is a youth pastor in Oregon. He and his wife Katie are missionaries with Pioneer Bible Translators. They plan to move overseas long-term and translate the Bible for those who don't have access to God's Word in their heart language. Silas loves eating waffles and petting good dogs.
Andy is currently the Lead Minister at Leclaire Christian Church in Edwardsville, IL, just outside of St. Louis. He and his wife have been married for 15 years this August. They have three daughters together - Whitley, Ava, and Nora. Andy has a deep love for the Church, and his purpose in life is to live the life Jesus desires for him to live while teaching others to do the same.
Bri Johns is a pastor and Creative Director at Central Christian Church of Arizona. She’s an engaging storyteller who loves helping people connect to their greater purpose. Bri is former youth pastor, radio producer, and queso connoisseur. When she’s not working or traveling, she’s spending her time making memories with husband Jake, and two boys, Brody and Deacan.
I am the Family Pastor at Trinity Church in Mesa, Arizona and love investing in young people to empower them towards kingdom work. I am married to Dave, a worship pastor, and we have three kids: Owen, who is 7, Maddox, who is 5, and Sophie who is 6 months old. I love hanging out with my family, all sports, especially soccer and skiing and could eat ice cream for every meal. I’ve been speaking at CIY for several years now and enjoy the opportunity to challenge this generation to be the church of the now, not just the future.
For more then 20 years, Dusty has served in only two churches as a Youth/Young Adults Pastor. Married over 20 years, Dusty & Amy have two sons, Asher & Silas. Originally from Missouri, the Frizzell’s have lived near Los Angeles for 13+ years. Dusty oversees Shepherd Youth (@shepyouth) and Shepherd Young Adults (@wearesya) at Shepherd Church in Porter Ranch, CA.
Karl is the Student Ministry Director at Bayside Church in Northern California. Bayside is a vibrant church with 7 campuses and 19,000 people in weekly attendance. He oversees aspects of children's ,middle school, high school and college ministry across all campuses. He has been in ministry for the past 16 years and studied Christian Leadership and Biblical Theology at Grand Canyon University. Karl is also a part of the leadership team for Thrive Unleashed, a youth conference for 3000 students, in Northern California. Though he is absolutely in love with Boston sports, his heart belongs to his wife Jen and daughters Georgia and Ruby.
Shane J. Wood completed his Ph.D. from the University of Edinburgh (UK) and published his dissertation entitled: The Alter-Imperial Paradigm: Empire Studies & the Book of Revelation (BINTS 140; Leiden: Brill, 2016). In addition, Shane was named one of Christian Standard’s “40 Leaders Under 40” (July 2013) and also recognized by Theology Degrees Online as one of the “100 Remarkable Professors & Scholars Theology Students Should Know About.” Shane’s other publications include: Dragons, John, and Every Grain of Sand: Essays on the Book of Revelation (Joplin, MO: College, 2011) and “God’s Triumphal Procession: Re-examining the Release of Satan in the Light of Roman Imperial Imagery (Revelation 20:7-10)” in Currents in British Research on the Apocalypse (Tübingen: Mohr Siebeck, 2015).
Shane and his family are now living in Joplin, MO where he is Professor of New Testament Studies and the Associate Academic Dean at Ozark Christian College.
Matt Reagan is a Lead Team/Vision Team pastor at Southeast Christian Church in Louisville, KY. He is a visionary leader with a passion to see an entire generation awakened to the glory of God, and spends his energies creating a movement of disciple makers both locally and around the world.
Rachel Grindle is a graduate of Johnson University and has her Masters in Global Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary. She spent ten years working as a youth pastor, four years as a missional life pastor and teaching pastor, and three years as the senior director of Engage at Christ in Youth. This past year she has started her greatest ministry to date, raising kingdom workers of her own, her twin boys August and Beckler. She is married to Stephen and they live in Joplin, MO. When not with her boys, you can find Rachel teaching fitness classes or a leadership course at the local college. She loves traveling, good food, and getting a full night of sleep.
Mark Moore joined the staff at Christ’s Church of the Valley (CCV) in Peoria, Arizona in July 2012 as a teaching pastor. CCV is a multi-site church with over 30,000 in weekly attendance. Prior to joining the CCV team, Mark was a Professor at Ozark Christian College in Joplin, Missouri, and is crazy passionate about students who can be world changers.
