Northern Ireland 4 Update 2

Day two began for our team this morning by waking to the misty cool freshness of Northern Ireland. The briskness in the air was so refreshing after the long travel and settling of yesterday.
After a time of morning devotions followed by breakfast, the team met for a cultural orientation and training led by Chris who is the Salt Factory director. After lunch, we drove to the Ulster Museum in Belfast. The museum is full of Northern Ireland's history including a whole section explaining and documenting the turbulent decades of mistrust and violence from 1968 to 1998 known as the "Troubles."
After supper, we continued with more training in preparation for working with the youth in the coming days. Chris challenged us deeply to allow God to work in us before working through us. We were all blessed by Chris' humble Christ-likeness and obvious love for the people he serves. Our prayer is that God will flow through us as we make ourselves available to Him now and in the days to come.
Thankful for your prayers and support as you read this update. Keep the prayers coming.
