We have been very productive. On Monday, we had the opportunity to visit and learn all about St. Patrick. We visited a monument overlooking the countryside, and then we went to his first church made in 432 A.D. After that, we headed off to a museum where they had many artifacts and videos explaining his life. Later on that day, we had our first RIOT activity. We got to hang out with the students and three of our own gave their testimony. On Tuesday, we had the opportunity to visit Tollymoore Forest. This was the forest in which C.S. Lewis was inspired to write “Narnia.” We spent a large chunk of our time there praying, reading our Bibles, and journaling. We came back to the RIOT youth center and had the opportunity to share more testimonies and continue to build some great relationships. So far today, we have had the opportunity to go to a lighthouse and sit on the coast in peace.
