Cambodia Medical Update 6
Jan. 10, 2018
Battambang, Cambodia
By Pat Fancher

We had an adventurous start today! Even though the weather was supposed to be sunny, there was a monsoon on our way to the village of Prob Hep, and it remained rainy and cloudy. Our bus got stuck in the mud, so there was no discourse, but to get out and help, watch and pray as it was freed from the miry muck. In the process, our scrubs got soaked and our tennis shoes were caked with mud. Due to weather and road conditions, many villagers weren't able to make it to our clinic. However, we still provided care for more than 80 adults and children. It turned out to be another great day of service to "the least of these."
We appreciate prayers for our team that we get a good night of rest because tomorrow we travel within a stone's throw of the Thai border for another clinic. We expect a large turnout!
